- I am looking for a long term renter for a room in my 2 bedroom, 1 and one half bathroom townhouse. I live in Spartanburg, SC so my house is about 42 minutes to Bob Jones and 10 minutes from the interstate with grocery stores and fast food restaurants nearby. I will allow access to my furnished living room and dining room/ kitchen, fridge, freezer, and kitchen cabinets. The bathroom would be shared. Utilities, WiFi, and washer/ dryer use are included in the bill.
