We need someone dependable with their own transportation approx. twice a week with the possibility of more frequency. Each cleaning “shift” usually takes 1-2 hours depending on the applied tasks and weather. We’ve been paying $15/hr and have used BJU students with great success, but they keep graduating, moving away/getting married. There’s always more work to do around the farm for someone who wants to do more and does good work with a good pace. Knowing anything about horses would be a plus, but not mandatory. Strong back and good attitude are much more important. Schedule is flexible.
