My husband and I have a unique small basement apartment available for rent for 7-8 months beginning in early August. We may have a little flexibility in the start and stop dates. It is a 1 bed/1 bath with a very small kitchenette and a living room/area. The rent would be very reasonable (with incentives) in exchange for the responsibility of weekly yard work and/or monthly cleaning of 2 airbnbs on the property. Must be ok with living below long-term Airbnb guests (1 month or longer) and sharing the washer/dryer a couple times a week. This is a unique property and situation so it’ll have to be the right fit for this individual/couple and for us. We’re asking for previous rental and work references.
